Refund Policy
You may request a refund for an unused session where the session has not expired and where SBMS has not delivered the service in line with our Terms and Conditions. Refunds are not available for completed sessions or any portion of a session that has been delivered. For full details on session expiry and refunds, please refer to the SBMS Terms and Conditions.
SBMS Clients can change mentors at any time at no additional cost. Transfers can be facilitated through the allocated Mentor or by contacting the SBMS Office at enquire@sbms.org.au
